The model worked with cowell as a guest judge on Britain's Got Talent and some media outlets have suggested she split from her fiancé because of their relationship.
Newly single Electra remained coy about the relationship on Access Holywood, admitting she has 'maybe' kissed him.
She told the show: "Well, see, the thing is we worked together on Britain's Got Talent - I was a guest judge. And I had so much fun and I really like him.
"I think he's really cool, and now obviously he's in town with X Factor and we started to hang out and we've become friends, and I think he's a great guy."
When asked if Simon was romantic she added: "I'm not going to say. Very, very romantic, darling."
