The rapper and former Neighbour's actress revealed their engagement last month.
Example told The Sun: "It's going to be a small affair over there. We'll have 50 people or so. My band will be there, but other than that it's mainly family.
"We'll have a massive smash-up when we are back next summer for our UK mates. I don't think I'll even wear a tie at the bash in Oz. It's going to be really relaxed. Nothing fancy."
The 'Won't Go Quietly' musician joked that he would like Australian citizenship.
