She posted: "Good morning, Our girls are here. Blake & Nico arrived on Sunday night. They are perfect....tiny but perfect!!"
The presenter also tweeted a photo of the twins.
Jenny married their father Vicente Juan Spiter, a Spanish scuba diver, in August 2011.
The pair live in Ibiza with her five-year-old son Casper whose father is her ex Dominic Thrupp.
