Freddie, 70, married his pregnant fiancé of three years, Sophie Lea, 31, at a ceremony on Saturday.
Lea's cousin posted a photo of the couple on their wedding day on twitter, and said: "Congrats to: my beautiful cousin Sophie0lee and Freddie star! on their wedding day!+ my 2nd cousin (the bump) (sic)."
The couple met when she worked as a singer on his tour.
