The Mirror reports that Katie has selected 11 bridesmaids including Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton for the big day.
The model, 34, already wed Kieran Hayler, 25, in the Bahamas last month, but now wants to involve her daughter Princess, five, as a flower girl and sons Harvey, 10, and Junior, seven, as page boys.
The ceremony will take place in the summer.
A lucrative magazine deal has already been signed.
The star was previously married to singer Peter Andre and cage fighter Alex Reid.
