The bride's family are reported to have thrown stones and eggs as the civil ceremony took place at a court in Pico Truncado, Argentina.
Edith Casas, believes her new husband, Victor Cingolani did not kill her twin.
Victor has been convicted of killing Johana more than two years ago.
He is serving a 13-year prison sentence.
Valentin Casas, the twins' father said: "For me, they are both dead. Johana is with God and Edith with the devil."
