Rihanna has reignited her relationship with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, according to website Gossip Cop.
The 25-year-old also said it was a "fresh start" for them both. Speaking to Elle magazine, the singer said: "Now that we're adults we can do this right. We got a fresh start and I'm thankful for that. Right now that's just what we want, a great friendship that's unbreakable."
Rihanna, who is originally from Barbados, met Chris Brown in 2005 but the couple didn't start dating until 2008.
The relationship came to an end in 2009 when Brown assaulted Rihanna, leaving the singer with facial injuries which required hospital treatment.
Despite facing criticism for reigniting the relationship, Rihanna said: "He's not the monster everybody thinks. He's a good person. He has a fantastic heart."
She added that she wouldn't hesitate to end the relationship if Brown showed a trace of his violent behaviour towards her again.
