Kim Kardashian was rushed to hospital earlier this week after suffering a pregnancy scare, the New York Post's Page Six has reported.
The reality television star was on a flight to Paris on Sunday to meet Kanye West at a Givenchy show, but when she arrived back in LA on Tuesday, she was taken to her doctor.
A source told the website Kim began to feel ill on the flight, and called a friend once she landed.
They added: "She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage."
Both Kim and the baby were fine, but Page Six claims she has been told to get more rest, after doctors said she was working and exercising too much.
Kardashian has been snapped exercising a number of times while she has been expecting. A source close to the star said she was trying to keep her figure amid public criticism that she is getting bigger.
