The Saturdays star married JLS band member Marvin Humes last July and is now pregnant with her first child.
She said: "I wasn't stressed at all on the day - I was just really drunk. I stopped worrying if everyone was having a good time by lunchtime."
Una Healey, also from The Saturdays recently admitted drinking too much champagne with her husband Ben Foden on Valentine's Day.
She told OK! Magazine: ''Last Valentine's Day was lovely. Ben went out of his way to give me a gorgeous meal at home with a fondue. My favourite singer, Sheryl Crow, was playing, candles were lit, but he forgot to buy the white wine for the fondue, so while he went out to get some, I was waiting at home with the bubbly. When he got back, I'd had the whole bottle and was a little bit drunk. You've got to let your hair down a little haven't you?''
