According to Closer, the cage-fighter also admitted he thinks he and Price would still be together if they had a child during their marriage. The couple married in February 2010 before separating in January 2011.
However, Reid has said his ex will be able to "bond" with her new husband, Kieran Hayler, as they await the birth of their first child together. Price is already a mum-of-three.
In the interview, 37-year-old Reid said: "Her marriage with Kieran could last. If she'd got pregnant during our marriage, I think we might still be together.
"It was always her top priority, so I guess they'll be able to bond over the baby, which is something we were never able to do."
Price and Hayler are expecting their first child in the summer and celebrated their marriage with a second wedding last week. The couple originally married in the Bahamas at Christmas, after eight weeks together.
