Turner has been dating music producer Erwin Bach for 18 years.
According to Swiss newspaper Blick, the singer will marry Mr Bach at Lake Zurich, near their home in Switzerland.
The pair first met in 1985 at a record label party in London. They began dating a year later and have remained together since.
A spokesperson for Ms Turner refused to comment on the claims, but the couple are said to be planning a lavish ceremony as they tie the knot.
Turner and Back have lived in Küsnacht – a suburb of Zurich – for more than 15 years. Earlier this year, Turner renounced her US citizenship to become a permanent Swiss resident.
Turner was previously married to Ike Turner. They married in 1962 and were together for 14 years, until the singer filed for divorce in 1976 after suffering years of abuse.
