According to the Daily Star, the 54-year-old issued the warning after it was believed she had secured a big-money deal for the coverage of the ceremony.
Welch is set to tie the knot to boyfriend Lincoln Townley in Portugal in July.
A source close to the Loose Women star, said: "She's finally found a magazine deal after scouring around. The last thing she wants is for guests to plaster wedding pictures all over the internet."
Lincoln later confirmed the deal, saying: "It's all true."
Just last month, Welch moved out of her partner's London home as part of a "trial separation" after the couple had a series of arguments.
At the time, another source claimed: "Denise desperately loves Lincoln and won't give up on their relationship without a fight. She's moved out of his place for the time being to concentrate on work and spend more time with her family."
Welch was previously married to actor Tim Healy. They married in 1988, but in February 2012 the actress said the couple were separated and had been for a long time. Shortly after this, Welch revealed she was dating 40-year-old Townley. The couple confirmed their engagement in August last year.
