Kim Kardashian has been denied a request to change the date of her divorce trial.
According to TMZ, Ms Kardashian asked to change the date so she can attend a perfume launch.
The 32-year-old reality television star is currently in the midst of a divorce battle with her estranged husband, Kris Humphries.
Mr Humphries is looking to have the couple's 72-day-marriage annulled.
Court documents obtained by the website show the trial is expected to begin on 6 May, but another document has revealed Kardashian filed a request to begin the trial three days earlier.
However, a judge is reportedly forcing the expectant mother to be in court as planned as Humphries couldn't make the proposed change fit with his schedule.
The couple wed in a lavish ceremony in August 2011 following a whirlwind romance. After 72 days of marriage, Kardashian filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
Shortly after, she began dating rapper Kanye West. The couple are expecting their first child this summer.
