The 27-year-old singer, is currently dating model Jessica Caban, but said should he ever tie the knot, he would break with tradition, the Daily Star has said.
He added that he would instead hold a large party that would include fireworks and circus routines.
He said: "I'm doing pyrotechnics at my wedding and I'm gonna learn gymnastics, juggling and unicycling. It'll probably be at the top of a mountain."
In addition to the circus theme, Mars said he also knew what song he wanted played as his bride-to-be walked down the aisle – Survivor's Eye Of The Tiger.
The singer is just the latest celebrity to say they would break from wedding traditions for their big day. Yesterday, tattoo artist Kat Von D said her upcoming wedding to Deadmau5 would have an “underwater” theme, while actress Sarah Jessica Parker wore a black dress when she married actor Matthew Broderick in 1997.
However, the Sex And The City star has since admitted that the unconventional dress was a mistake and if the couple were ever to renew their vows, she would ''white it up. I'd wear a beautiful, proper wedding dress, like I should have worn that day.''
