A source close to Rihanna has dismissed rumours that the singer is pregnant, Hollywood Life has revealed.
Rumours that the singer and her on-again-off-again boyfriend Chris Brown were expecting a baby began circulating recently when the singer was forced to cancel four of her concerts due to illness. She was then spotted visiting a doctor.
However, a source close to the 25-year-old said she is suffering from the flu and laryngitis.
They said: "[Rihanna] is just sick, and that's really it.
"I know, that's not a good enough reason because everybody wants some drama and the rumours that she's pregnant to make the rounds, but sorry, not this time. She's not pregnant!"
Rihanna was recently forced to cancel concert dates in Houston and Dallas, Texas. In response, she took to Instagram to apologise to her fans, saying she was "sad and disappointed" about not being able to perform.
Last month, it was claimed the musical couple were said to be planning a "wild" party ahead of their reported wedding this summer.
