Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the singer added that he had married his best friend.
He said: "Every once in a while I catch a glimpse of her when she doesn't see me looking, and I have this moment where I'm like, 'If you never make a good decision – if you only make bad decisions for the rest of your life – you've made one really good decision.
"It's nice to marry your friend. It's nice to marry your best friend. It suits me."
The 32-year-old musician and actor has been dating Biel since January 2007. After four years together, the couple announced they had separated in March 2011, but later that year, they had reunited. Timberlake proposed to the actress in December and the couple tied the knot in Italy in October 2012.
Prior to Biel, Timberlake famously dated Britney Spears, from 1999 to 2002.
