A spokesman for Stone confirmed the model had given birth to a baby boy on Sunday, Digital Spy has said.
No further details were disclosed by the representative.
In November 2012, Walliams – who is currently a judge on Britain's Got Talent – confirmed the couple were expecting their first child.
He took to Twitter, writing: "Some wonderful news. My beautiful wife Lara is pregnant... [the baby] is due next year and we both couldn't be happier."
The couple tied the knot at Claridge's Hotel in London in May 2010 after they began dating the previous year.
Walliams recently spoke of his excitement at becoming a father, saying: "I'm really looking forward to being a dad, the whole experience.
"I'm looking forward to seeing the baby for the first time, seeing this little person who's a mixture of you and the person you really love. But hopefully it will look like Lara and not Simon Cowell."
