According to The Mirror, the couple are said to be planning a permanent move to Los Angeles and are looking to purchase a property together.
Cole has recently said she wanted to take a "six-month break" from showbiz, and it is thought she was going to spend some of the free time in LA with her partner. Singer will.i.am has apparently offered his friend the use of his home for the summer as she house-hunts in the city.
Cole and Holloway have been dating for a year and there were rumours that the couple were planning to get engaged.
However, the former Girls Aloud singer dismissed the claims. In a tweet to American sports broadcaster Stephen A Smith, she wrote: "Okay. That's enough silliness now from the media!! I am not, nor am I getting engaged or married! Stop it *Stephen A Smith voice* … (sic)".
She added: "Its pretty pathetic and very corny!!"
Cole was previously married to footballer Ashley Cole. The couple tied the knot in 2006 after almost two years of dating, but Cheryl filed for divorce in 2010 after allegations her husband had cheated on her with a number of women.
