Wayne and Coleen Rooney have become parents for the second time.
The couple's second son, was born in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Following the birth, the couple took to Twitter to confirm the news.
Manchester United footballer Wayne wrote: "Our Beautiful Son Klay Anthony Rooney was born at 2.11am, Weighing 7Ib 11.1/2 oz. Both Klay and Coleen are fine..... We're all delighted!!"
Just minutes before, his wife sent her own message, saying: "At 2.11am our Beautiful Son .... Klay Anthony Rooney entered the world. He weighed 7Ib 11.1/2 oz We're all so happy and doing well. X"
The couples' announcement was greeted with congratulations from fellow Twitter users including Lord Sugar and Ed Sheeran.
Klay is a brother to the couple's first son Kai, who was born in November 2009.
Shortly before Christmas, the Rooney's confirmed they were expecting another boy.
Wayne and Coleen met while they were both at secondary school. They married in June 2008 after six years of dating.
