A judge granted the divorce in just 80 second due to the Scottish singer's "unreasonable behaviour", the Daily Mail has said.
Neither Bullen orTunstall, who is from Fife, was at the hearing at London's High Court, and no details on the alleged behaviour were revealed.
Granting the decree nisi, District Judge Susannah Walker said the couple's marriage had "broken down irretrievably" as a result of Tunstall's actions.
The singer was also ordered to pay her ex-partner's legal costs of the divorce.
The couple announced they were to divorce earlier this year and Bullen said he had not been living with Tunstall for over six months following their separation.
The judge added that she "has behaved in such a way that the petitioner [Bullen] cannot reasonably be expected to live with the respondent [Tunstall]."
The pair started dating in 2003, before he joined her backing grup as a drummer.
They married in 2008 at the Flodigarry Country House Hotel on the Isle of Skye.
