A representative for the actress confirmed the news to People magazine, saying: "Kate and Ned are delighted".
Winslet, 37, and who is already a mother to 12-year-old Mia and nine-year-old Joe from previous relationships, has previously spoken of her desire to add to her family.
She previously admitted: "I'm hoping to have more kids. I don't know whether one or two. Oh, God, I would love to have more."
Winslet was previously married film director Jim Threapleton, but divorced in 2001 after three years of marriage. She then dated Skyfall director Sam Mendes; they tied the knot in 2003 but announced their separation in 2010 and divorced shortly after.
In August 2011, during a holiday to Necker Island, the private resort island of Sir Richard Branson, Winslet met fellow guest Rocknroll, and they soon began dating. Rocknroll, who is a nephew of Richard Branson, and Winslet announced their engagement in the summer of 2012. They married in a private ceremony in New York in December 2012.
