Speaking to Digital Spy, the former model also revealed that things have been "wrong" with this pregnancy.
She said: "I didn't know I was going to have a baby this year, but you still have to continue. Work is work. I'm pregnant, not ill.
"I have moaned a bit this pregnancy because there have been things wrong, but it doesn't mean to say you can't do anything.
"I'm not going into detail but it has been more difficult. But the next few months I'm really looking forward to. There's lots happening."
The 35-year-old is already a mum to three and is expecting her fourth child later this year.
It will be her first child with husband Kieran Hayler. The couple married at the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort and Spa in the Bahamas on 16 January before holding a second marriage ceremony for family and friends in Weston-super-Mare.
Speaking about her relationship with her husband, Price said the builder and part-time stripper is "staying put".
"They say third time lucky," she added, referring to her previous marriages to Peter Andre and Alex Reid. "He's the one. He's staying put, that is it. I can completely feel the difference."
