The couple's relationship has been in the spotlight recently after Ozzy confirmed he had relapsed into drug and alcohol abuse. Rumours that the couple were divorcing were quickly squashed by both parties, but the revelation did put a strain on their marriage.
64-year-old Ozzy, who has been sober for more than 90 days, is now said to want to show his wife how much he loves her and thanks her for standing by him.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "Ozzy feels reborn and wants to show Sharon how grateful he is that she stood by him. He tells everyone that he would be dead right now if she wasn't his wife."
The singer is believed to be considering the Hawaiian island of Maui as the location for the ceremony.
Sharon and Ozzy have been married for more than 30 years and have three children together, Kelly, 28, Jack, 27, and Aimee, 29.
