The news comes more than a week after the celebrity chef's husband was given a police caution for assault.
A number of crates and cases were seen being loaded into a van outside the family home in Chelsea and are thought to have been taken to an unknown location where she has been staying for the last week.
Earlier this month, Lawson and her husband Charles Saatchi were spotted outside a London Mayfair restaurant. A photographer spotted the couple having an argument, when Saatchi repeatedly grabbed his wife's neck.
Following the publication of the incident, the art collector dismissed his actions as a "playful tiff", but did accept a police warning, so that the incident would not be "hanging over" the couple.
However, Lawson has not been seen with her husband since the incident and the relationship was placed under further scrutiny when the chef was subsequently spotted without her wedding ring.
A representative for Lawson, who has been married to Saatchi for 10 years, did not wish to comment.
