According to Us Weekly, the couple married in front of their family and friends in a Fiji ceremony at the weekend.
No further details have been revealed about the big day.
The couple previously dated for two years, but split in March 2012. They reunited later that year after Soffer was injured in a helicopter crash. In March of this year, it was revealed they were engaged.
Soffer is Macpherson's second husband. She was previously married to fashion photographer Giles Bensimon in 1980s.
Macpherson is also a mum to two sons with ex-boyfriend Arpad Busson.
Earlier this year, the 49-year-old model was questioned about her engagement to Soffer, but she simply answered: "There are plenty of hints. But I'm not making any public declaration.
"I was going to, but then I thought, for someone who has never spoken about their private life, why should I make an official statement?
"It isn't something I have tried to hide. If I saw that ring on someone's finger, I would think it looks like an engagement ring. So assume away."
