Michelle Heaton has revealed she is expecting her second child with husband Hugh Hanley.
The singer added that the pregnancy was a "shock", but a "very exciting time" for the family.
The 34-year-old revealed the news via her Twitter account on Monday.
She wrote: "I am thrilled to announce I am @OK_Magazine new health & fitness columnist .. & guess what? I get to blog about my pregnancy .. ; ) …."
She added: "..this is a very exciting time for us after everything that's happened.. Thank you as always for your love & support! Whoop whoop! Xxxxx.
"Awww thank u for your well wishes. Yes, faith is gonna be an amazing big sister. She's already kissing my stomach. Have a great day all!"
Heaton, who gave birth to her daughter Faith in January 2012, made the decision to undergo a double mastectomy last November.
She discovered she had a mutation of the BRCA2 gene which carries an 80% of developing cancer.
At the time, she admitted that if she wasn't able to have any more children due to her medical problems, she felt "lucky" to have a "healthy, beautiful baby".
Heaton and her husband tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in the Bahamas in July 2010.
