Rachel Stevens has revealed she is expecting her second child.
The former S Club 7 singer confirmed the news via her Twitter account today (17 September).
She wrote: "Some lovely news to share with you all today – Alex and I are very happy to announce that we are pregnant again."
The 35-year-old also shared a photograph on her official website which featured pairs of shoes with the years of birth of her husband, herself, their daughter Amelie and the new arrival written next to them in chalk.
She added: "Alex and I are so happy to find out that we are pregnant again and can't wait to meet our new little member of the family early next year.
"Needless to say, we're all super excited, especially Amelie who is looking forward to meeting her new little brother or sister."
Stevens became engaged to boyfriend Alex Bourne in June 2008 after 18 months of dating. They tied the knot in August 2009 and in May 2010, they couple confirmed they were expecting their first child together. Stevens gave birth to a baby girl, Amelie, in November 2010.
