Third Of Married Women Haven't Found Mr Right

Almost a third of married women have admitted they still haven't found Mr Right, a new survey has found.

In contrast, most men polled said they are happy with their other halves.

The study, which was carried out by The Fine Bedding Company, found that while most women say they do love their husbands, 31% said they were still attracted to other men and, as a result, felt they still had not found their perfect partner.

Some 83% of women insisted they would remain faithful to their husband however, if 'Mr Right' was to come along.

Looking at the men's responses for the study, 69% stated they had found 'The One' and were happily married,

For the men, however, 69% stated they had found 'The One' and were happily married, while those who had not yet met their ideal partner also blamed being attracted to other women as the reason why.

There is good news though, as contented couples agreed that still being attracted to each other is the most important part of a happy relationship, with 33% of women and 39% of men saying they still 'fancied' their other half despite being in a long-term relationship.

Women also said having a husband who is your best friend or who makes you laugh as well, as agreeing on important family decisions, were also vital to a happy marriage.

For 10% of respondents, said they didn't believe there was such a thing as Mr or Mrs Right when it comes to true love.

Emma Heald of the Fine Bedding Company said: "The overwhelming majority of Brits believe that The One is out there somewhere and it is just a matter of finding them.

"Many admit that, though they are married, they have still not have found their perfect love.

"But, they also are quite certain that they do love their partner and that, even if Mr or Mrs Right were now to come along, they would remain faithful to their spouse.

"We were shocked by just how many people still believe they haven’t found their perfect love."
