The rapper, whose real name is Ben Drew, revealed he was a parent in an interview with The Sun on Sunday.
He admitted: "My girlfriend and I had a baby girl last year.
"Mother and daughter are both fit and well and I'm a proud and happy father – especially after having just enjoyed our first Christmas together."
Plan B, who is notorious for keeping his personal life out of the spotlight, has not revealed the identity of his girlfriend, but it is understood the couple have been in a relationship for a couple of years.
