Kelly Osbourne has separated from her fiancé Matthew Mosshart.
The couple, who unveiled their engagement in July 2013, are said to have split "amicably".
In a statement to Us Weekly, a representative for the 29-year-old said: "Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement.
"The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings.
"No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."
Mosshart, who is a chef, is believed to have proposed to Osborne while the pair were on holiday in Anguilla. They first met in 2011 at the wedding of Kate Moss and Jamie Hince.
