The former singer, who is currently starring in the final series of Dancing On Ice, is understood to be dating businessman Sam Greenfield.
According to The Sunday People, the couple are said to have grown so close that Shaw, 32, has moved her partner into the home she shares with her nine-year-old son Corey.
A source explained: "She is the happiest she has been in ages. Sam gets on really well with all of her friends, family and most importantly, little Corey.
"Suzanne and Sam still view it as being early days but they're both hopeful that this one will work out."
Greenfield has previously been spotted in a number of photos Shaw has posted to Twitter. A number of the images are 'selfies' of the pair.
It is thought the couple first met after working together for the Brain Tumour Charity.
Shaw was previously married to DJ and television presenter Jason King. The couple started dating in December 2005 and announced their engagement in August 2008. They married the following June, but in February 2012, it was revealed that they had separated. Before her marriage, Shaw was in a relationship with Darren Day. Their son, Corey, was born in December 2004. The couple separated on Mother's Day 2005 when Day allegedly walked out of their family home.
