The 33-year-old added that the couple hope to marry in Paris and following the ceremony, she will take her partner's last name.
Earlier this month, the pair were spotted in the French capital and were rumoured to be looking at potential venues for their big day. While the famous Palace of Versailles was ruled out as a venue, the reality television star has said her heart is still set on a Parisian wedding.
Discussing her plans on US TV shoe Jimmy Kimmel Live, the mum-of-one said: "I'll probably be Kim Kardashian West and change Kardashian to my middle name.
"We will be getting married, this summer hopefully, in Paris. It's our second home.
"We spend so much time there, we have an apartment there. I'm not telling where or the date but it's definitely Pairs."
She also let slip that her fiancé is very involved with the planning of their wedding.
"Kanye really cares and he's really passionate about it. He knows what he wants and he's very specific about it. It makes my job 100 per cent easier. He'll take care of the music, I'll take care of seating chart so we'll make it easier for each other."
Kardashian and West announced their engagement in October 2013. They are parents to a baby girl, seven-month-old North 'Nori' West.
