Collins, 25, and who was runner-up on The X Factor in 2011, shared a photo of the couple together in a gondola, writing: "HAPPIEST MAN ALIVE!!"
He added: "Literally drunk in love."
Windsor, who is a professional dancer, tweeted: "Best day ever @MarcuscollinsUK."
According to reports, the couple are said to have met last year and while they have been spotted together at parties, this is the first time they have gone public with their relationship.
A spokesman for Collins is understood to have confirmed the couple's romance to The Mirror.
