Andrew and Monika were introduced by friends in Cecconi's restaurant in London last week.
A source told UsMagazine.com: "They sat next to each other at an intimate table by the front of the restaurant and were cuddling up to each other. Andrew was making Monika laugh and kissing her hand."
Days later the pair were spotted at The Arts Clubs in Mayfair where the Prince wrapped his arms around Monika and kissed her.
