Kelly Brook has confirmed she is engaged to David McIntosh.
Last week, it was reported that McIntosh, a former Gladiators star, had popped the question to his girlfriend.
The speculation arose after Brook took to her Twitter account last Thursday (20 March). She simply wrote: "International Day of Happiness... it certainly is."
Now, the model has confirmed the reports by sharing a photo of herself and McIntosh on her Instagram account. In the image, the couple are holding a balloon with the word "engaged" written on it, while the photo is captions: "Lovely weekend in Wigan meeting my new extended family. Such happy times and excited to share my life with the most wonderful man I've ever met."
McIntosh, 27, and Brooke, 34, have only been dating for 11 weeks, after meeting at a New Year's Eve party. McIntosh was previously said to have been in a relationship with former Miss England Rachel Christie, with who he has a two-year-old son. It is alleged that he broke up with Ms Christie just one week before he met Brook.
Brook, meanwhile, has previously dated Jason Statham, Danny Cipriani and Billy Zane.
