Kelly Brook Criticised Over Engagement

Kelly Brook has been criticised by Chantelle Houghton over her engagement to former Gladiators' star David McIntosh.

Speaking to New magazine, the former Big Brother star added that Brook could "easily get someone better".

In a whirlwind romance, Brook and McIntosh met on New Year's Eve just three months ago, and are thought to have dated on-and-off ever since, but last month the pair revealed they were engaged.

Voicing her thoughts on the couple's news however, Houghton told the publication: "Has Kelly Brook lost her mind? She's gone from dumping him and erasing all traces of him from her Instagram account to saying he's the most wonderful man she has ever met.

"He's definitely not the most wonderful man I've ever met. Some people have said she's desperate to settle down and have kids, but she's gorgeous and could easily get someone better. I think she needs her head read."

The mother-of-one also criticised the way the couple announced their engagement. At the time, Brook revealed she had become engaged by posting a photo to her Instagram account of the happy couple holding a balloon with the word 'Engaged' emblazoned across the front.

"I hope the engagement balloon they were pictured with wasn't in place of an actual ring. Cringe," Houghton added.
