Brook, 34, announced her engagement to former 'Gladiators' star David McIntosh last month.
The couple surprised many with their news as they have only been in a relationship for 12 weeks.
Now, according to The Sun, the pair are in early talks to film a 'fly-on-the-wall' documentary series as they prepare for their nuptials.
A source is quoted by the paper as saying: "It's early days but Kelly and David have started talks about some sort of series that will be filmed in the build-up to their wedding.
"They both think it could make a funny, entertaining show and could also pocket them a few quid."
McIntosh, 27, and Brook met at a New Year's Eve party. McIntosh was previously said to have been in a relationship with former Miss England Rachel Christie, with who he has a two-year-old son. It is alleged that he broke up with Ms Christie just one week before he met Brook.
Brook, meanwhile, has previously dated Jason Statham, Danny Cipriani and Billy Zane.
