Over the weekend, McIntosh was said to have exchanged messages with the woman via Facebook, but a representative for the former Gladiators star said his account had been hacked and therefore he hadn't been the one to send the messages.
Now, Brook has addressed the claims, trying to joke about the matter. Uploading a photo to Instagram on Sunday night, the 34-year-old shared a photo of her fiancé cooking a meal in the kitchen. She added the caption: "Get off Facebook and get back in the Kitchen lol (sic)."
Brook and McIntosh, 27, announced their surprise engagement last week. They had only met weeks early at a New Year's Eve party.
McIntosh was previously said to have been in a relationship with former Miss England Rachel Christie, with who he has a two-year-old son. It is alleged that he broke up with Ms Christie just one week before he met Brook.
Brook, meanwhile, has previously dated Jason Statham, Danny Cipriani and Billy Zane.
