The reality television star revealed the news on an episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' that aired on Sunday night (8 June).
The confirmation comes after days of speculation that the 35-year-old and her partner, Scott Disick, were to become parents again.
Revealing the news to her surprised partner, she simply said: "I'm pregnant. It was not a plan."
She also told her younger sister Kim, and their mother Kris Jenner, of the news.
Kardashian and Disick have been in a relationship since early 2007. They are already parents to a son, Mason, who was born in December 2009, and a daughter named Penelope who was born in July 2012. It is understood their third child is due in December.
