The Only Way Is Essex star is seen expressing his love for his partner in tonight's episode of the reality television show (2 July).
Osborne is shown having dinner with his friends when the conversation turns to romance.
His co-star, Elliott Wright, starts the conversation by giving the rest of the group relationship advice by saying: "Let me tell you something, you don't need to rush into something. Why rush? Go out and enjoy yourself until you find someone that makes you not want to go out, that's when it's the right time."
James 'Arg' Argent then chips in: "Yes, like Dan and his new soap star girlfriend."
Tom Pearce also decides to get involved with the discussion and asks Osborne if he is in love with Jossa.
He replies: "Yeah, I would definitely say I was in love and I don't believe in throwing that word around but I am happier than I've ever been."
Osborne and Jossa were previously in a relationship, but they separated last year after it was revealed the TOWIE star was expecting a child with a former girlfriend. It is thought Osborne and Jossa only recently rekindled their romance.
