On Tuesday, the former model took to her Twitter account asking her husband when he was going to return home to her and their children.
While McClean is based in the UK, Williams owns his own concierge service in Las Vegas. As a result, he can spend a number of weeks at a time in the city as he shows tourists and partygoers where to visit in the area. It would appear the former sport star has been in Sin City for a little too long however, as his wife has now publicly asked when he is thinking of returning home.
In a series of tweets, the 31-year-old addressed her partner and two of his friends, saying: "My husband has lost his way point him back to his wife & kids."
She added: "My boys would like to know when daddy is home."
Williams did not answer the messages, so McClean continued: "Come home, your kids miss you, Vegas is fun but please. When will you be home Tom, your kids need rebuilding."
"Rocky [the couple's eldest son] wants to know when he will see his dad?" she also wrote.
She then resorted to retweeting one of her followers' messages which read: "Aren't you tempted to get on a plane and bring him home, don't know how you cope hun."
While her friend, former Big Brother star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, also tweeted Williams, saying: So @MrTomWilliams...having so much fun u have forgotten your wife & kids at home? #NotCool."
It is not clear how long Williams has been in Las Vegas.
