Taking to his Twitter account on Thursday (17 July), the singer-turned-television personality simply wrote: "Happy second anniversary gorgeous".
While Andre, 41, and MacDonagh, 23, have been in a relationship for two years, they are understood to have known each other for years and met through MacDonagh's father.
In January, the couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Amelia. The day before she was born, Andre and MacDonagh said they were engaged.
No details for the wedding have been released, but it is thought they will hold two ceremonies; a traditional English ceremony and a traditional Greek wedding.
