New Romance For Rory McIlroy

Rory McIlroy is reportedly in a new relationship, with a woman from his native Northern Ireland.

McIlroy, 25, who won the British Open last weekend was previously engaged to tennis star Caroline Wozniacki. The couple had been together for three years and announced their engagement on New Year's Day. However, in May, just a day after sending out their wedding invitations, McIlroy ended their relationship, saying he was not ready for marriage.


Since then, the golfer has been linked to Irish model Nadia Forde, but both have denied the rumours. It is now thought McIlroy is in fact dating 23-year-old Sasha Gale, a model from Lisburn.

According to the Irish Sun, the pair have been dating for five weeks, with a source saying: "They are both happy with each other."

Neither McIlroy or Gale have commented on the reports.
