It is understood the former model was admitted to hospital unexpectedly on Monday (4 August). She had been due to welcome her baby via caesarean section on 15 August.
Confirming the news on Twitter, Price gave birth to a baby girl, but the publicist added that "no more details will be given at present".
It is not clear if her husband, Kieran Hayler, was present at the birth. In May, 36-year-old Price said she was to divorce her partner after she discovered he had been unfaithful. She has since put those plans on hold, saying she is willing to give their relationship another chance.
Price and Hayler married in the Bahamas in January 2013, a number of weeks after they first started dating. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Jett Riveria, in August 2013. While it was the first child for Hayler, Price is also a mother to Harvey, 12, Junior, eight, and six-year-old Princess from previous relationships.
