The model posted a series of cryptic tweets to her social networking account, just days after a video was leaked his showed her husband flirting with another woman.
At the time of the leaked footage, McLean, 32 said: "I am beyond devastated to say that I have been shown this video and it is 100% of my husband Tom Williams. I'm too upset to say anything else about it at the moment."
The video comes weeks after the model publicly sent her other half a series of messages on Twitter asking when he would be coming home to the UK to see her and the couple's two children.
Williams, a former footballer, now runs his own concierge business in Las Vegas. As a result, the job means that he can spend weeks away from his family as they are still based in the UK. While Williams did not publicly respond to the tweets, many of his wife's friends jumped to her defence and criticised him for "forgetting" about his family.
When he finally did return to the UK, a couple of weeks after he was first meant to, he then took to his Twitter account on Thursday where he shared a, somewhat cryptic, picture of the cartoon character Garfield throwing a screwed up piece of paper in the bin. The image was captioned: "Your opinion has been duly noted."
He added: "Lots of these floating around right now - shame you don't know what you're talking about."
While many felt the couple were working through their issues, McLean's latest tweets appear to suggest otherwise. She told her followers: "Omg got a new fish that died within hours. You would think this would be enough to return home form Vegas guess not and I don't mean the dead fish.
"There's more then two fish I'm flushing down the toilet today (sic)".
She later added: "The truth is so hard to hear! But don't worry I'm loud."
McLean and Williams tied the knot in June 2009. They have two children together, sons Rocky and Striker.
