Kim Kardashian has confirmed she has legally changed her name to Kim West.
The 33-year-old revealed the news via her social media accounts on Tuesday (5 August).
Kardashian, who tied the knot with rapper Kanye West in May, is said to have been using the moniker 'Kim Kardashian West' on Twitter for a while, but now that it has been legally changed, it is thought she will use 'Kardashian' as a middle name.
The reality television star also shared a glamourous image of herself as she confirmed the name change, saying it was her new passport photo.
Kardashian and West started dating in April 2012. In December 2012, it was confirmed the couple were expecting their first child together. They welcomed a daughter, North 'Nori' West, the following June and in October 2013 the pair announced their engagement.
They married in May this year in a lavish ceremony in Florence, Italy.
