The 33-year-old is set to marry fiancé George Kay next month.
In a series of messages, she wrote: "Right been sorting the wedding out, now I need a wedding cake and flowers!!!! Help....xxx
"OMG omg only 6 weeks to go and I've still got sooooo much to do!!! #wedding #lovestory @mrgsjkay xxxxxx (sic)"
Her partner was quick to respond to her worries, however, and did his best to reassure her that it would be fine.
He wrote: "it's endless but great fun.. I can't wait xxx #truelove (sic)"
Katona and Kay have been in a relationship since 2012, but have been friends for a number of years. They announced their engagement last year and in April, the couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Dylan Jorge. While Dylan is Kay's first child, his partner is also a mum to Molly 12, and Lilly Sue, 11, from her first marriage to Brian McFadden, and Heidi, seven, and five-year-old Maxwell from her second marriage to Mark Croft.
