The singer was quizzed about her love life as she appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, On Air.
When asked about any romance, the 23-year-old replied: "I am very much single. I am single but I go out a lot. The only difference is, I guess, is that it just gets recorded."
She also appeared to rule out love in the short-term, when she said: "My main focus is honestly just getting the work finished and finishing off this second album, and coming out as a designer and coming out as an actress.
"Just making sure that the business is all sorted - businesswoman time - so that's what the aim is. All the other things for me is just distraction, you know."
Ora was first linked to Hill, who is the son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, in July after they were spotted having dinner together and holding hands. Shortly before this, Ora had been in a year-long relationship with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris. In June, 30-year-old Harris issued a short statement via Twitter to announce that he was no longer dating the singer.
