The 33-year-old told E! News: "You definitely have to make time for your husband. Once you have a baby, it's like you have two babies automatically because you have to schedule time. You have to make time, and I think that's the key to having a really strong relationship and foundation."
She added: "Even if the baby was sleeping, we would put her in a little Moses basket sleeping next to us and we have our movie time.
"You really have to re-prioritise and make sure you make time for everyone. It's a lot of planning [but] we love to spend time together."
Kardashian and West, 37, started dating in April 2012, having known each other for a number of years. In December 2012, it was confirmed they were expecting their first child together. They welcomed a daughter, North 'Nori' West, the following June and in October 2013, they announced their engagement. In May this year, they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Florence, Italy.
