Danielle Lloyd has officially filed for divorce from her husband Jamie O'Hara.
A representative for the model confirmed the news to The Sun newspaper earlier this week.
In a short statement, they said Lloyd, who has three children with O'Hara, made the decision to end her marriage "with a heavy heart".
The couple's relationship was first reported to be in trouble at the end of July when Lloyd walked out of the family home following allegations that her husband had been unfaithful. The property has since been put on the market. Also over the last few weeks, the model has removed some of her wedding photos from her social networking accounts, instead replacing them with images of her three children.
Lloyd and O'Hara first announced their engagement in December 2009, before marrying in a lavish ceremony at Syon Park in London in May 2012. They have three sons together; Archie, Harry and George.
